Tim was absolutely amazing! The warranty provider wanted me to put in all this leg work even though it their job to replace and supply the installation. They said the didn't have a technician in my area to do it so I would have to pay for the installation and they would reimburse me. I called Tim at Hicks. And he did all the leg work and had techs at my house and even made the claim so I didn't have to pay them aAmazing service
